Dear Member,

In accordance with the club’s constitution, the club hereby serves notice of the club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). It will take place as indicated above, and is essential that we have a good attendance at the meeting.

2009/2010 has been a year of consolidation and laying the foundations in both the Youth and senior sections for the development of the rugby within the club. The club’s focus has to be about developing a rugby structure that will help the club to sustain its own development from within. Using our excellent facilities the club is building the rugby structures to match.

In the AGM is important opportunity to reflect on what has occurred during the season and plan for the upcoming year. Please try and attend this year. We would love to see you there. Yours Sincerely,
